Terms of Service

Primp gives you a styling opinion: a score, a written verdict, a suggested fix, and restyle ideas for an outfit you photograph. It is provided for confidence and fun. It is not professional styling, medical, psychological, or other professional advice, and you should use your own judgement.

Primp’s feedback critiques the outfit and the styling — the clothes, the fit, the colours, and how they suit the occasion. It is not a judgement of your body or your appearance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Primp. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Only upload photos of yourself, or of other people who have given you their permission to do so. Do not upload photos of anyone who has not consented, and do not upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. You are responsible for the images you submit.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the app’s limits or security
• Submit content that infringes the rights of others or that is abusive or harmful

You keep all rights to the photos you submit. To provide a rating, you grant us a limited licence to process your photo transiently for the sole purpose of generating that rating. As described in our Privacy Policy, the photo is analysed and then discarded — we do not store it.

Primp is free to start. It also offers an optional paid subscription (“Premium”) that raises how many looks you can rate. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store, and are subject to the pricing shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device’s App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store’s policies; we do not process payments or issue refunds ourselves.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that ratings will be accurate, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your expectations. Styling is subjective, and a score is one opinion — not a fact.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SK Labs and Primp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app, or from any decision you make based on its feedback.

We may update the app and these terms over time. Material changes to the terms will be communicated in the app, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
